R-Pet Support Policies
Please carefully follow the instructions found on the labels of the products. R-Pet Support cannot be held liable for misuse of products within our virtual catalog.
R-Pet Support accepts all major credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. If paying by check or money order, please call us at 1-903-720-2893 to order products. As soon as we receive the check or money order, the order will be processed. We will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm the order has been placed. Your Paid invoice will be emailed or mailed to you.
On Holistic Products, R-Pet Support is capable of filling custom orders on all shampoos, conditioners, powders, and extracts available on our website. Custom orders range in size from 2 oz., 8 oz., and 32 oz. sizes. However, we are happy to make special arrangements for bulk size purchases outside the standard 2 oz., 8 oz., and 32 oz. sizes. If you would like to place a custom order, call us at 1-903-720-2893 or send us an e-mail with your phone number and we will be happy to assist you with your purchase.
Domestic Shipping Information
Orders are shipped within 24 hours. We endeavor to use the least expensive method of shipping. We ship Monday through Friday, as long as the order is placed before 2:00 PM CST. Orders which contain pet food are typically shipped via Federal Express Ground.
Overnight shipping is available Monday through Thursday for next day delivery. Overnight orders that are placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Overnight orders must be received by 12:00 PM on the day prior to the intended date of delivery in order to make delivery time the following day. If the Product is not available for overnight delivery, you will be notified by e-mail.

At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. Contact us regarding this at 1-903-720-2893. Refunds for orders placed online using your PayPal account will be applied back to your PayPal account. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm this.
* All items being returned should be properly packaged for return Shipment.
If you receive an order that is damaged, you must call R-Pet Support within 24 Hours of receiving the order. We will re-ship your order and immediately start the claims process. Please save the damaged package in case a claims representative would like to view its condition.
A mistake in your Order
If you receive an order that has a mistake in it, we first and foremost apologize. Please contact R-Pet Support and we will immediately correct the mistake.
